Chef - Paul Gayler
In the mid eighties British Chef Paul Gayler was what can only be
termed as a hot chef. He was chef director of Indigo Jones
restaurant and is a member of the Guilde de Fromagers.
When the life of the restaurant drew to a close Gayler was
recruited to co-ordinate the opening of The Lanesborough Hotel (A
Rosewood Hotel), where he has been the Executive Chef for the last
ten years. Gayler has managed to do what so many chefs have not,
transcend from a hot restaurant chef to a highly respected
professional culinary hotel chef.
Throughout his career Paul has written dozens of books, which is
no mean feat. Some of his most popular titles include
Healthy Eating for Your Heart, Ultimate
Vegetarian Cookbook, A Passion for Vegetables, Raising the Heat and
A Passion for Potatoes. |
