What is PHA and why is it a quick result work?

 

PHA is a method of working out that, by alternating upper and lower body exercises with aerobic intensity, combines the benefits of a resistance training workout with a cardio workout, giving you results in half the time.

 

The Matt Roberts book explains how PHA works and the benefits of it, including the results he has had using it with his clients. As well as giving you warm ups, cool downs and much more to create the best workout for your fitness goals.

 

The Quick Result Workouts:

 

Workout 1 – Fat Loss 20 minutes

Exercises to lose weight fast specifically designed to do at home without expensive equipment.

You’ll need: a pair of dumbbells, swiss exercise ball & exercise mat (optional)

 

Workout 2 – Muscle Sculpting 30 minutes

This is the next stage for anyone who is about the right weight, but wants to tone up.

You’ll need: a pair of dumbbells, exercise mat (optional) and some gym equipment, or a resistance tube to use the travel version of these exercises.

 

Workout 3 – Bulking Up 40 minutes

Two workouts are included for bulking up, to be used on alternate days. Because you are overloading your muscles to build muscle, you should rest muscle groups used one day, by using the other workout the next time you exercise. This will also ensure you get an even bulking up of muscle over your whole body.

You’ll need: a pair of dumbbells, barbell, exercise mat (optional) and some gym equipment, or a resistance tube to use the travel version of these exercises.

 

Workout 4 – Endurance 45 minutes

Improve your fitness for activities like running, cycling, tennis, swimming and even triathlons.

You’ll need: a pair of dumbbells, exercise mat (optional), rower or cross trainer and some gym equipment, or a resistance tube to use the travel version of these exercises.
