Each pair of chrome dumbbells comes in a handy carry case. A full colour exercise wall chart is provided to get you started. The weight selection is made up of four 0.5kg discs and eight 1.25kg discs. They are secured to the two 14” chrome spinlock bars with 4 spinlock collars which are included too. The bars have rubber grips for comfort and safety.
