workout, is designed so that by maximising your
workout, you minimise time needed to achieve visible results.
PHA works by alternating between exercises for the upper and
lower body creating a resting period for the upper body, while
working the lower body, and vice versa. This eliminates the
traditional approach to
resistance
training where you physically stop between exercises to rest,
allowing your heart rate to drop and therefore your intensity to
drop with it.
Although you are still resting your muscles with the
PHA workout technique, you
are actively still exercising and giving yourself the benefit of
adding cardio to your workout, extinguishing the need for a separate
aerobic workout later.
